Met Headset Rivale Mips

The new MET Rivale Mips offers superior performance and gives an aggressive presence on the road, leaving a lasting impression.
Safer. More comfortable. More efficient.

Why is it safer?
With its MIPS® technology, the Rivale combines exceptional value for money with the advantage of a brain protection system against rotational forces. The MIPS Brain Protection System (BPS) is designed to add at least 10% more safety on certain types of impacts, compared to standard helmet construction. The MIPS Brain Protection System is attached inside the helmet, between the padding and the EPS.

Why is it more comfortable?
The brand new MET Rivale Mips is an evolution of the external design and a revolution of the internal shape. The fit is unprecedented and the helmet is more stable on the head thanks to its new Safe-T Upsilon retention system. The 360° head belt ensures that there are no pressure points on the skull. The vertical adjustment is easy and allows for a perfect fit.

Why is it more efficient?
The back of the new MET Rivale Mips has the unique features of the MET style, particularly thanks to the NACA ventilation that works in conjunction with a lowered profile and a tube-like shape. The front part of the helmet is designed to be wider, and the vents are longer to improve ventilation, which can also be used to store sunglasses. A combination that ensures seamless enjoyment on the bike.
