Very léger 215g the PROTONE features a Kevlar-based structure inside the helmet to reinforce its resistance and safety. This part is partially visible at the front of the helmet in the form of a spoiler, and also contributes to the PROTONE's aerodynamics. The involvement of JAGUAR engineers has made the PROTONE one of the best CX helmets on the market. The interior, in particular, required a great deal of work to generate internal airflow and greatly improve ventilation. The interior foams are made of COOL-MAX and 3D-DRY for improved perspiration evacuation. The OCTO-FIT tightening system is unique in that it tightens at a very low level at the nape of the neck, avoiding the point unpleasant pressure on the occipital bone and forehead. The exceptional fit of this system means you don't have to tighten the helmet to the maximum for greater comfort and safety. Last but not least, the chinstrap is made of navy leather (the highest-quality, salt-resistant synthetic leather on the market) to prevent chafing problems.
