ABS OUTER HULL The outer shell is made of molded thermoplastic with a minimum thickness of 3 mm for the entire surface, guarantees maximum resistance to impact and shock dispersion.
INNER HULL IN EPS The inner protective padding is made of expanded polystyrene in two different sizes with differentiated high multi-density performance to ensure the best performance in terms of safety combined with the comfort of port.
SIZE-SPECIFIC INTERIORS No awkward adjustments, the interiors of the 801V model are made with differentiated thickness and density padding for each of the 6 sizes available to offer an optimal fit to each head size. The interior padding is covered with anti-allergic, anti-bacterial and soft fabrics in contact with the skin, for total comfort in all conditions of use. The interiors, pillows, neck collar and chin are completely removable and washable.
MICROMETRIC BUCKLE The micrometric buckle for closing the strap consists of a button body and a graduated band that allow for easy adjustment rapide and convenient release. The 801 is also equipped with an elastic strap stop, an elastic fabric ring that allows you to lock the excess strap in the folded position.
The 801 is double certified, bike (CE EN1078) and ski (CE EN1077).
