Headset Parachute MCR

The MET Parachute MCR is our convertible full-face helmet designed for Enduro, Trail, and e-MTB.

Equipped with the MIPS-C2® system and certified to ASTM 1952-15/2032-15 for the shell and chin guard, the Parachute MCR offers the highest level of protection against rotational and linear impacts.

The Parachute MCR is meant to be a true two-in-one helmet. In full-face mode, it has a stylish and aggressive look and provides complete protection. In jet mode, it takes on the look of our All-Mountain helmets.

MCR stands for Magnetic Chinbar Release, allowing for instant conversion of the helmet from full-face to jet and vice versa. MCR is a revolutionary MET system, created in partnership with Fidlock®.

The visor is adjustable in two positions and ensures perfect compatibility with goggles and sunglasses. It is also made from flexible plastic that limits the transfer of torsional forces to the neck during an impact.

The fit and comfort are excellent, thanks to the inclusion of two sizes of padding in the box and the BOA-FS1® system, which features precise and secure micrometric adjustment. The 360° headband ensures there are no pressure points, enhancing comfort and stability.

The Fidlock closure makes it easy and quick to secure the helmet.

Using the MIPS-C2® brain protection system, the MET Parachute can slide relative to the head in the event of an impact. Indeed, the head is separated from the helmet by a thin low-friction liner (LFL) and attached to the helmet by elastomers that allow movement of 10-15mm in all directions, redirecting harmful rotational forces.
