The XH series has a round knot design but is less extreme than the X series and is very suitable for running. The lacing and compression adjustment is much easier to use. The diameter of the lace eyelets should be between 2.5 and 3.5 mm.to lace and adjust the XH series:The round knots will pass through an eyelet but to do this they will need to be stretched enough to reduce the diameter of the locking knot.
