SOFT INSTEP CLOSURE SYSTEM
The SOFT INSTEP CLOSURE SYSTEM is a wide, anatomically curved strap combined with a soft, thermoformed EVA cushion that distributes pressure evenly over the instep area. The SOFT INSTEP CLOSING SYSTEM is adjustable on both sides, to perfectly center the EVA cushion on a high or low instep. The system eliminates the need for a High Instep Extender. The SOFT INSTEP CLOSURE SYSTEM is replaceable.
TECNO-3 SYSTEM
TECNO-3 SYSTEM composes a full-length fit, adapting the upper to the shape of the foot for a customized fit. The renowned reliable and replaceable closures of SIDI are enhanced by an all-new proprietary material SIDI Wire that is completely non-binding for intuitive and effortless adjustments on the fly.
HEEL SHELL SIDI
Reinforced shell that stabilizes and supports the heel. Anatomically shaped plastic, reduces heel slip and provides increased power transfer. Provides additional foot protection in the event of a collision.
SR17 MTB SOLE
Lighter and better performing, the new Sidi MTB sole is made of nylon with PU (polyurethane) inserts. The shape of the tread of the sole has been specifically studied for mountain biking, it allows a good grip, facilitates the evacuation of mud and provides the right stability. The central insert with the Sidi logo works as an anti-slip and is practical and useful especially for less experienced users. The toe area, which is more prone to wear, especially when walking, can be replaced with screws and still offers the possibility to mount studs to improve traction on particularly muddy ground. SR17 represents the ultimate in stiffness for pedaling and flex for walking.
