The XX SL Eagle Transmission (T-Type) cassette is the main reason why the Eagle Transmission system offers the best shifting under full load, in and out. Thanks to the unique X-Sync design, the harder you pedal, the easier the shifts. Really. Our lightest ever Eagle cassette lasts much longer and offers more precision. Its next-generation design was fully machined and then reinforced with a steel X-Dome architecture for sprockets 1-9 and a lightweight all-aluminum Spider Cog ultra star sprocket for sprockets 10-12. Designed as integrated components, interdependent with the drivetrain, the XX Eagle Transmission derailleur and cassette are directly linked to ensure perfect alignment on all types of bikes. Within its impressive 520% development range, the largest 52-tooth sprocket improves gear scaling with the autres large 44- and 38-tooth sprockets (compared to the 10-52-tooth cassette of the Eagle transmission). Thanks to a clearly marked adjustment sprocket, installation is both simple and foolproof.
