After Eagle components have taken over the market, the Americans from SRAM 2018 arrive with the next big move to further optimize mountain bike training. DUB technology not only simplifies the combination of crankshaft and crankset, it also increases the durability of the crankset. The SRAM DUB cranks have a uniform shaft diameter of 28.99 millimeters. Thanks to the different variants of the completely redesigned and better-sealed DUB bottom bracket, the cranks are compatible with all common bottom brackets. The aluminium crankshafts have also been redesigned, reducing the weight of the DUB crank sets compared to their predecessors. By using the carbon tuned manufacturing process, the wall thickness of the XX1 Eagle DUB crank has been selected at all points so that it is extremely stiff yet absolutely light. The crank is completed by the new X-Sync 2 SL Direct Mount chainrings. These impress with their significantly quieter chain operation and better self-cleaning in muddy conditions. Thanks to their alternating thick and thin tooth profile, adapted to the XX1 Eagle chain, the X-Sync 2 chainrings always keep the chain securely in place. The crank comes with a 34-tooth chainring. Replacement chainrings with 30 to 38 teeth are available in our shop. The crank is available with a length of 170 mm or 175 mm and with black or gold XX1 logos.
