This system, suitable for both cross-country and trail riding, offers reliable modulation, a constant pressure point, and powerful braking without extra weight.

The BL-M9220 lever features a closer pivot that follows the natural curve of your finger for a better feel and modulation. Its 5-degree raised blade and tool-free reach adjustment keep your hand in the ideal attack position. The redesigned SERVO WAVE system and low-viscosity Shimano mineral oil ensure a smooth lever response in all conditions.

When paired with the BR-M9200 caliper, the lightest 2-piston post-mount option from Shimano, you get responsive braking, perfect for fast descents as well as technical climbs. Featuring a magnesium body, heat-resistant resin pistons, and compatible with both resin and metal pads, the M9200 caliper combines durability and speed for cross-country riding.
