1.2 adjustment chip for Bafang

Basic tuning chip for your electric bike with Bafang motor.
Compatible with motors using UART and CAN protocol.
SpeedBox 1.2 allows you to double the speed limit of your electric bike from the original 25 km/h to 50 km/h. After installing the chip, actual data up to 23 km/h will be displayed on your electric bike's screen.

How does SpeedBox 1.2 work?
You can activate the SpeedBox 1.2 chip on your electric bike's control panel. After pressing the LIGHT button, the active lights icon briefly appears on the screen, and from that moment, you can ride at 50 km/h. To disable the chip's function, press the LIGHT button again.

If you want to use SpeedBox in parallel with the lights, we recommend buying a Bafang cable for light activation.

Installation
To connect the SpeedBox chip to an electric bike, we use colour-coded connectors equipped with a key for proper connection, making the chip really easy to install. You can download the instructions or watch videos that will guide you in installing SpeedBox. Removing the chip is just as simple as installing it. If you have a connection issue, feel free to contact us.

If you want SpeedBox on a new bike, you must first ride at least 1 kilometre on the bike.
