Highly energetic, Punchybar effort bars are an ideal complement for a snack during a sporting activity. They are perfectly adapted for a progressive effort. Its various gourmet flavours and its very pleasant texture allow its use during competition, particularly during long events.
They are also recommended as part of a pre-competitive high-carbohydrate diet, as a complement to a balanced diet.

Directions for use:
1 energy bar per hour of sports activity in addition to the effort drink.
During a hyperglucidic refill the days before an event, use 1 to 2 bars / day as a snack.
