The P715 pedal-based power sensor can support you for up to 120 hours of cycling, with a simple charging method - magnetic charging. Unlike clip charging and button cell replacements, we use a rechargeable lithium battery. This way, you can enjoy cycling effortlessly and environmentally while protecting the charger. Fully charged in 3 hours, and then you're ready for long rides and training sessions lasting up to 120 hours.

The battery life is tested in the Magene laboratory and can be affected by the environment and temperature.

Constant power accuracy at 1%, accurately record your efforts.

Dual-sided power sensor axes.

With integrated power sensor axes, the power sensor module is closer to where you generate watts, reducing losses and errors during watt transmission. The P715 pedal-based power sensor measures your power from both sides simultaneously, providing you with direct and authentic watt data on both legs.

Integrated gyroscope.

Depending on your pedaling habits, your pedaling speed will vary differently at each angle and second. The gyroscope can measure angular velocity in real-time and accurately calculate instantaneous power at each angle, significantly improving power accuracy during unstable cycling.

Temperature compensation.

Altitude and temperature variations can affect the strain gauge, which in turn affects power accuracy. To eliminate this effect, temperature compensation is introduced. The power algorithm adjusts based on altitude and temperature, providing consistent and accurate watt data in extreme situations.

Each pedal weighs 157 g, light yet strong and safe.

The pedals are made from composite carbon fibre, and the axle uses precipitation-hardened stainless steel. This allows us to reduce the pedal weight to the extreme while keeping it rigid. After 1 million pedal strokes, the product still functions normally. Test data comes from the Magene laboratory.

Condition analysis.

The secret to boosting your cycling ability doesn't solely lie in power. In addition to classic power and cadence data, the P715 provides more advanced cycling data to help you understand your pedaling status and riding capacity.

Power phase: learn your power generation zone, force angle, and peak work area, to optimize your watt zone and distribute power reasonably.

Riding position: learn the power generated in different postures. This way, you can adopt different postures and improve the efficiency of your pedaling in various situations.

Left and right balance: discover the difference between the power of your left leg and your right leg, helping improve the training of the weaker leg. Pedal smoothness: analyse the regularity of your watt output throughout the pedal cycles. You can then adjust your watt distribution based on situations.

Torque efficiency: learn your pedaling pattern and how much power is effective for propelling you forward, helping improve your pedaling efficiency.

The power phase and riding position functions are only available for bike computers that support these functions, such as GARMIN®. Magene will soon update the bike computer to support these functions.
