This aluminum sprocket fits hub bodies with the Shimano imprint. Designed for use on BMX RACE, this aluminum COG is highly resistant to chain friction. The fact that it's made of aluminum means it fits better on Shimano aluminum splines. It's best to use the same material for the COG and the hubs to avoid marking, which could damage the hub splines. Its contact surface is enlarged to avoid any wear marks on the hub. Compatible with 1/2 - 3/32" chains, which is standard for BMX Race. This COG features an asymmetrical shoulder that allows you to correctly adjust the chain line on your transmission.
