The Lewis brake uses 7075 aerospace-grade aluminium as the raw material and utilizes high-precision CNC cutting technology to ensure strength while achieving a maximum lightweight.
The good mechanical performance of 7075 aluminium alloy can provide better rigid performance for brakes. Under high pressure, there are fewer variables, and the brake performance is more stable.

The standard LV2 version uses 4-layer hoses that have excellent performance advantages, such as high pressure resistance, corrosion resistance, and high-temperature resistance. They also allow for more stable performance under intensive brake use. The internal use of bullet-resistant kevlar fibre with many braided layers allows the hose to have a coefficient of expansion much lower than industry standards, giving the brakes superior stiffness.
