This model is able to connect wirelessly to Zwift automatically to communicate front wheel movement and rotation angle. Thanks to Zwift's new FutureWorks Steering feature, the Sterzo Smart from Elite allows you to choose your steering.
Elite has partnered with Zwift to make STERZO SMART compatible exclusively for users of the most popular indoor cycling platform in the world.
To use STERZO SMART, simply position the bike, connected to the trainer, on the steering base and link it to Zwift!
By connecting electronically to Zwift via Bluetooth, STERZO SMART allows you to control your avatar on the screen to position yourself at different points on the road or to overtake other cyclists.
Indoor cycling with Sterzo Smart
Put the front wheel of the bike on the STERZO SMART, taking care to position the steering plate in the right direction.
The top of the steering unit will be facing outwards, with the LEDS on the base on the left.
By combining STERZO SMART with Zwift, you can use all the steering functions offered on the platform to overtake other cyclists or to keep up, saving a little energy thanks to the wake of the cyclist in front of you with the drafting function
According to a registered design, STERZO SMART consists of an elevated stand that includes a spring-loaded rotating unit on which to place the bike's front wheel. This practical automatic return system will allow you to easily return the handlebars to their initial position.
STERZO SMART is compatible with tyres up to 56 mm wide.
The design of the rotating support is designed to provide maximum stability to the bike when placed on the trainer, while at the same time guaranteeing maximum freedom of movement for the wheel on the right and left, up to 34 degrees of rotation on each side.
