Optimal chainring position only possible with Q-rings Optimal chainring position (OCP) represents the different adjustment positions that ROTOR Q-rings offer to suit the rider's distinct pedaling style. The Q-rings offer up to 5 OCPs, with OCP 3 being an intermediate starting point, to optimize your pedaling style. You can determine your OCP if you know your optimal chainring angle (OCA), which you can find by performing a TORQUE 360 pedaling analysis using 2INpower and INpower software from ROTOR.
