Truly anatomical saddle with an opening releasing the perineal pressures, perforated on the sides and connected by a lace to prevent the flanks from spreading apart for more comfort.

J.B. Brooks & Co. first introduced a saddle with a "patented cutout to prevent pressure on the perineum" in the 1890s. This ingenious solution to a problem still familiar to today's cyclist came out of production in the 1950s. However, we have recently resurrected this feature, reintroducing this "patented cut" on some models. Our IMPERIAL saddles once again offer a solution to numbness problems, with dedicated models for both men and women.
