Torque wrenches are an essential tool for bikes. The increase in the number of carbon fiber bicycles and components is driving this need. While carbon fiber allows for a more optimal design and offers a better strength-to-weight ratio than steel and aluminum, it is also more susceptible to crushing and cracking when improperly adjusted. Pedro's fixed torque wrenches are commercial grade, pre-set torque wrenches designed with an infinite torque limiting clutch to eliminate over-coupling of critical parts.

Each wrench is calibrated with a torque analyzer accurate to +,- 1% and then tested 5 times before being packaged. The results are recorded on the product sheet with the date. The magnetic socket drive accepts standard 1.4 inch hex bits and 4mm, 5mm and T25 bits are included with each wrench.

The ergonomic handle design provides comfort and control for everyday use, while allowing for the storage of two extra bits.
