The CX333 is the evolution of cycling shoes, with comfort, performance, and style perfectly balanced. We have drawn on over 40 years of experience to bring you the best technologies, such as a Carbitex arch support panel and a thermoformable Thermaform carbon fibre internal heel, to provide you with the most secure fit possible. We believe we have achieved the impossible, wrapping your feet in a performance-oriented second skin while offering breathability combined with our legendary Lake Cycling comfort.

Shape
CX/TX RACE Last - Featuring a slightly narrower toe box and a tighter heel, with a firmer grip than the Lake Competition last, and less overall volume than our Sport last. Designed for very high-cadence pedalling, with a performance fit that is sleek and slimmer.

Outsole
Includes our 100% carbon fibre Lake Race sole for exceptional stiffness and performance. Available with a 3-hole cleat pattern, the CX333 uses Lake’s patented double sole system. The insole is a semi-flexible fibreglass platform, allowing the foot enough flexibility at the sole where swelling can be pronounced and where hot spots or numbness typically occur. The insole is then suspended above the rigid carbon outsole. This unique system allows us to use an extremely stiff carbon outsole without sacrificing ride comfort, providing you with the ultimate balance of performance and endurance.

Lining
The CX333 is offered with a choice of uppers. You can opt for Klite kangaroo leather with a premium leather lining, or a Clarino microfiber upper with Outlast temperature-regulating lining. A Carbitex foot arch support panel and a thermoformable Thermaform carbon fibre internal heel provide you with the most secure fit possible.

Closure
BOA® Fit System Li2 dials. The Li2 dial is the most advanced platform in cycling, offering precise and micro-adjustable fit in both directions, and designed to withstand abrasion.

Additionally, the soft leather tongue provides a comfortable barrier against the secure hold of the BOA® closure system.
