French cyclist born on January 22, 1885 in Paris, Eugène Christophe is considered the inventor of the toe clip. In 1925, he sold his invention to the Poutrait-Morin company (now Zéfal), of which he was the director until his death in 1970. Since then, Zéfal has never stopped selling these legendary toe clips Christophe. Sold in pairs.
