2000 mg Arginine AKG: Alpha-ketoglutarate of arginine, or AAKG, is an advanced form of arginine that improves its assimilation and absorption. It is the precursor amino acid to nitric oxide and contributes to better endothelial dilation of the blood vessel walls, thus increasing blood flow. Additionally, it is necessary for protein synthesis in body tissues, helping to promote tissue repair.
1500 mg beta-alanine: This is a non-essential amino acid that promotes the synthesis of carnosine in muscle fibers, significantly increasing the levels of this substance in the muscles. Its main functions include regulating pH, preventing acidity in the body produced by lactate, which delays the onset of fatigue.
1500 mg taurine: This is an amino acid that plays an important role in the immune system and helps protect cells. It contributes to the total antioxidant capacity of the body and is crucial for energy metabolism. For all these reasons, it enhances sports performance through its action on the central nervous system and muscle response.

Caffeine (125 or 250 mg, depending on the flavour): We have used anhydrous caffeine which retains all properties of caffeine.
