HydraJelly is an energy gel with a jelly-like texture that has a high carbohydrate content (22.6 g).

Carbohydrate consumption is closely linked to the intensity and duration of exercise. However, maintaining or increasing performance during sports, reducing muscle damage, finding a stable blood sugar level, or preventing the depletion of glycogen stores are some of the benefits that can be gained with appropriate consumption during sports.
HydraJelly offers a well-researched glucose-fructose ratio of 4:3, or, equivalent to 1:0.75, providing a superior oxidation rate compared to solutions made from a single source of monosaccharides. Gastric emptying happens faster, gastrointestinal issues are less frequent, and as a result, substrate availability is higher.
Moreover, carbohydrates help restore normal muscle function (contraction) following high-intensity or long-duration physical exercise, which leads to muscle fatigue and depletion of stored glycogen in skeletal muscles.
