Description
This new derailleur is the evolution of our proven X-HORIZON™ specific 1x design. The large 14-tooth X-SYNC™ bottom bracket allows for the use of a 10-50 tooth cassette despite a relatively compact design. Our new Type 3 ROLLER BEARING CLUTCH™ technology provides smoother chain winding for quieter, more consistent operation. The CAGE LOCK™ attachment technology has been moved for added strength to the rear, out of the way, to protect it from terrain debris. A completely redesigned heavy-duty mounting system further improves the performance and overall longevity of the Eagle™ derailleur. The rear derailleur has been completely redesigned, incorporating our proven X-HORIZON™ design and our new Type 3 ROLLER BEARING CLUTCH™ technology. The Eagle™ roller technology offers improved efficiency, more precise shifting and quieter operation. The carbon clevis and lightweight hardware reduce its weight while making it stronger.
