Usage Tips for MOTUL Chain Clean
Preparation:
Shake well before use.

Standard Application:

1. Spray MOTUL Chain Clean on the chain.
2. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
3. Rinse with water and dry with a soft cloth.
If the chain is very dirty, scrub with a non-abrasive brush and spray again.

For Simple Cleaning:
1. Spray MOTUL Chain Clean on the chain, the chainrings, and all moving drivetrain components.
2. Scrub with a brush.
3. Rinse with water and dry with a clean microfiber cloth.

Pro Tip:
1. Disassemble the chain.
2. Soak it in a tray with MOTUL Chain Clean.
3. Scrub with a brush if necessary.
4. Rinse with water, dry with a clean cloth, and then reassemble the chain.

Lubrication after Cleaning:
After cleaning, lubricate the chain with MOTUL Chain Lube Wet (for wet conditions) or MOTUL Chain Lube Dry (for dry conditions).
To increase the chain's lifespan, repeat the process every 100 km.
