Hydrate & Perform Powder is a preparation for isotonic exercise drink that helps to meet the needs of the athlete by providing :

- Good hydration: the isotonic formula allows rapid hydration and optimal gastric emptying. Consumed before the effort, it helps to optimise water stocks before the start. Then, during the effort, it helps to maintain performance during prolonged endurance exercise, and contributes to better recovery.
