The first-generation VELOX frame was a veritable point tipping point on the carbon frame market at BMX RACE. Its atypical shapes and monocoque construction set new standards.

The all-new Velox Evo is the fruit of relentless innovation and Speedco 's commitment to pushing back the boundaries. It's no secret that the game is changing - evolving, if you like. Lap times continue to improve year after year, and drivers are constantly pushing the boundaries in search of that extra 1%, scrutinizing every aspect of their equipment.

To build this new frame, Speedco examined the demands of top-level racers and reimagined their winning technology to deliver a masterpiece of performance.

Tested and approved throughout the 2023 season at the hands of Rico Bearman, overall World Cup winner in the U23 category.

Velox Evo is designed for UCI World Cup competition, using tube shapes borrowed from the fastest bikes in the professional road peloton, to optimize performance at top speeds.

New downtube

The Velox Evo downtube connects directly to the rear chainstays via the bottom bracket, creating a reinforced center of power for greater responsiveness from the start and in corners.

Flat Mount attachment

The frame is compatible with standard Flat Mount brake calipers, a road-derived standard offering greater disc clearance. The brake hose is routed internally, with end-to-end guidance for easy maintenance. Compatible with standard 10 mm, 15 mm or 20 mm rear axles (the axle is not supplied with the frame), and the disc diameter is standard 140 mm (120 mm cannot be fitted).

Asymmetricalchainstays

The drive side is offset at the rear dropouts to allow installation of the internal chain tensioner, while the top stay has been raised to eliminate chain noise when using sprockets with large teeth.
