HydraJelly is a gelatinous energy gel with a high carbohydrate content (22.6 g).

Carbohydrate intake is closely linked to the intensity and duration of exercise. However, maintaining or enhancing performance during sports, reducing muscle damage, achieving stable blood sugar levels, or preventing the depletion of glycogen stores are some of the benefits that can be experienced with appropriate consumption during sports.
HydraJelly offers a well-researched glucose-fructose ratio of 4:3, or 1:0.75, which results in a higher oxidation rate compared to solutions made from a single source of monosaccharides. Gastric emptying occurs more quickly, gastrointestinal issues are less frequent, and thus the availability of the substrate is higher.
Additionally, carbohydrates help restore normal muscle function (contraction) following high-intensity or long-duration physical exercise that leads to muscle fatigue and depletion of glycogen stored in skeletal muscles*.
