The MAXXIS FOREKASTER original tyre was designed as an option for wet weather in XC, while the new version is specifically aimed at modern short-travel trail bikes (100mm-130mm) - also known as the "downcountry" segment. Designed to be a tyre that's "just right", the new Forekaster rolls quickly but also provides good cornering and braking traction across a wide range of trail conditions. This version features 3C MaxTerra rubber for improved grip.
