Chainring Race Face direct mount

Of all the latest innovations mountain bike developments, the narrow and wide tooth profile is perhaps the most discreet. Race Face has designed a tighter interface between the inner and outer links to prevent the chain from jumping. The direct-mount bottom bracket reduces the weakness of four-bolt interfaces, and its 4mm-thick, aerospace-grade 7075-T6 aluminum transfers pedal loads without bending, offering the lightest and stiffest interface between cranks Race Face.

The narrow design conserves chain by preventing jumping thanks to a tighter interface between inner and outer links. There's no need for heavy guides, and with the high ratio of modern cassette propagation and 26 to 36-tooth direct-mount chainrings from Race Face, you can say goodbye to double and triple cranksets.

The patented RCA spline on the direct-mount bottom bracket uses a standard Park BBT-22 bottom bracket tool for installation. This design eliminates the weakness of four-bolt interfaces, and its 4mm-thick aerospace-grade 7075-T6 aluminum transfers pedal loads without bending.

The Race Face Narrow Wide Cinch bottom bracket Direct Mount is only compatible with Cinch cranks and is available in 24, 26, 28, 30, 32, 34, 36 and 38 t options, and works with 9- to 12-speed pulls.
